Terms of Service

Article 1 Application

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of “Aily” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Siremo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Users shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 Definitions

• “Content”: Text, audio, music, images, videos, software, programs, code, and other information.
• “Service Content”: Content that can be accessed through the Service.
• “Posting, etc.”: Acts of posting, publishing, disclosing, providing, or transmitting Content on the Service.
• “Posted Content”: Content that Users have posted, etc. on the Service.
• “Individual Terms”: Terms such as “agreements,” “guidelines,” or “policies” separately stipulated by the Company for specific services in addition to these Terms.
• “Fees”: Charges, usage fees, membership fees, or other costs incurred for the use of the Service, regardless of their designation.
• “Subscription Service”: A service designated by the Company that can be used for a specified period in exchange for a certain consideration.

Article 3 Consent to Terms

1. Use of the Service requires consent to these Terms.
2. For features provided free of charge (including those accessible without account registration), Users shall be deemed to have consented to these Terms at the time they actually use the Service.
3. By using the Service, Users are deemed to consent to the Company’s use of Content, including for machine learning and other model training, as provided in these Terms.

Article 4 Eligibility and Business Use

1. There is no age restriction for use of the Service; however, Users under the age of 13 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. Minor Users are deemed to have obtained the consent of their legal guardian.
2. If the Service is used on behalf of a business, such business shall also be deemed to have consented to these Terms.

Article 5 Accounts

1. Users must register accurate and truthful information and are responsible for keeping such information up to date at all times.
2. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; assignment, lending, or sharing with third parties is prohibited.
3. Users may delete their account at any time. Once deleted, accounts cannot be restored.

Article 6 Restrictions on Use / Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

The Company may impose conditions such as identity verification or age restrictions, and may refuse or suspend use of the Service by members of anti-social forces (including former members and related parties).

Article 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following acts are prohibited:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Defamation, harassment, or discriminatory acts
• Commercial use or solicitation
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Reverse engineering or similar acts
• Disruption of the Service’s operations
• Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate (Detailed rules may be set forth separately in guidelines, etc.)

Article 8 Subscription Service: Aily Premium

1. The details, fees, payment methods, and renewal conditions of the Subscription Service shall be in accordance with the conditions displayed within the Service or on the Company’s website.
2. Even if the Subscription is canceled during a billing period, the period cannot be altered or canceled, and paid fees will not be refunded (except as required by law).
3. If cancellation procedures are not completed by the designated deadline, the subscription may be automatically renewed under the Company’s conditions.

Article 9 Advertisements

The Company may display advertisements of the Company or third parties within the Service.
