Can't purchase items / I see an unexpected purchase history

What to do if you can’t complete a purchase in Aily (アイリー).

In Aily, purchases of in-app items (e.g., energy drinks, character tickets, special packs) are handled through Apple In‑App Purchases (IAP). All transactions are managed by Apple, and Aily cannot directly charge or refund purchases.


How to purchase

  1. Open the in-app shop
  2. Select the item you want to buy
  3. Authenticate with Apple ID (Face ID / Touch ID / passcode)
  4. After the purchase completes, it should apply automatically

If your item doesn’t show up after purchase, try restarting the app or using Restore Purchases.


Check your purchase history

  • You can review purchases in App Store → Profile → Purchase History.
  • If you’re not signed in with the same Apple ID, your purchase history won’t appear.

FAQ

Q. My purchased item didn’t apply.

This can happen if your network is unstable or if Apple’s payment processing is delayed.

Try the following:

  1. Fully close Aily and relaunch it
  2. Check you’re signed in to the correct Apple ID in Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases
  3. Tap Restore Purchases in the app
  4. If it still doesn’t apply, wait a few minutes or reboot your device

Q. I think I was charged twice.

Apple may have processed a duplicate charge.

  • Please request a refund via Apple’s support flow (Report a Problem).

Aily can’t process refunds directly, but we can provide information if needed.


Q. I purchased the wrong item. Can I get a refund?

Aily cannot process refunds directly.

Please apply through Apple’s refund policy via Report a Problem.


Q. I can’t purchase / payment fails.

Your Apple ID payment method may be invalid.

How to check:

  1. Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping
  2. Check your registered cards / balance status
  3. Add a valid payment method if needed

Q. I don’t see “Aily” in my purchase history.

Apple’s billing statement may not show “Aily” and may instead appear as “App Store” or “iTunes Store.” Please verify using the purchase date and amount.


Notes

  • Purchases cannot be canceled after completion.
  • Deleting the app does not remove purchase information.
  • If you use multiple devices, make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • Final decisions about refunds and billing are made by Apple.
