Aily subscriptions (Aily Premium) are managed through Apple In‑App Purchases.
To cancel, use your iPhone/iPad Settings or the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Quick steps
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Aily from the list
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

- Open the App Store
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right
- Open Subscriptions → Aily
- Tap Cancel Subscription
FAQ
Q. Can I change plans (upgrade/downgrade)? A. Yes. Choose a plan from the same Subscriptions screen. Pricing differences and timing follow Apple’s rules.
Q. Will it stop immediately after I cancel? A. No. You can keep using Aily Premium until the end of the current billing period.
Q. I want a refund. A. Aily cannot process refunds. Please apply via Apple’s Report a Problem page: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews and decides the outcome.
Q. I canceled but was still charged. A. Please check:
- Whether the cancellation was completed before the renewal date
- Whether you accidentally subscribed to multiple plans
- Whether you were billed under a different Apple ID
If you suspect duplicate billing, please contact Apple with a screenshot of your receipt (order number).
Notes
- We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
