How to change or cancel your subscription

How to change or cancel Aily (アイリー) Premium

Aily subscriptions (Aily Premium) are managed through Apple In‑App Purchases.

To cancel, use your iPhone/iPad Settings or the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.


Quick steps

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Aily from the list
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Cancel via the App Store

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right
  3. Open SubscriptionsAily
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

FAQ

Q. Can I change plans (upgrade/downgrade)? A. Yes. Choose a plan from the same Subscriptions screen. Pricing differences and timing follow Apple’s rules.

Q. Will it stop immediately after I cancel? A. No. You can keep using Aily Premium until the end of the current billing period.

Q. I want a refund. A. Aily cannot process refunds. Please apply via Apple’s Report a Problem page: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews and decides the outcome.

Q. I canceled but was still charged. A. Please check:

  1. Whether the cancellation was completed before the renewal date
  2. Whether you accidentally subscribed to multiple plans
  3. Whether you were billed under a different Apple ID

If you suspect duplicate billing, please contact Apple with a screenshot of your receipt (order number).

Notes

  • We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
