If Aily Premium isn’t reflected after switching devices or reinstalling the app, you can re-fetch your subscription status by using Restore Purchases. This checks your active subscription based on your Apple ID purchase history.
How to restore
- Open the Aily app
- Open Top-right icon → Aily Account → Settings → Aily Premium
- Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen
- After Apple ID authentication completes, your subscription should be applied automatically
When you typically need to restore
- You moved to a new device
- You reinstalled Aily
- You use Aily on multiple devices
- You signed out/in to your Apple ID
If restoring still doesn’t apply
Please check the following:
- Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID in the App Store
- You can check in Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases.
- Confirm your network connection is stable
- Try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
- Restart Aily
- Close the app from the background and relaunch it.
- If it still doesn’t restore
- Check your Apple billing history (how to view purchase history).
- Since Aily cannot process payments directly, please contact Apple Support.

Q. Nothing happens when I tap “Restore Purchases.” A. This can happen due to network conditions or delays in Apple authentication. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Q. I changed my Apple ID and can’t restore. A. Aily Premium is tied to the Apple ID used at purchase. You cannot restore with a different Apple ID.
Q. I use Aily on multiple devices. A. If you’re signed in with the same Apple ID, you can restore on other devices as well. One subscription can be used across multiple devices.
